Brunswick Plantation Golf Community is a scenic community that has high visibility from highway 17. It is not only one of our most popular golf courses but the community resales are strong. This gated property is located in Calabash, NC just minutes from the South Carolina line. When guests turn into the main drive, they are greeted by very friendly but protective security guards which really adds to the exclusivity of the community. Four other golf communities are just minutes from each other...Carolina Shores, Farmstead, Meadowlands, and Crow Creek. Brunswick Plantation ranks in the top 50 golf courses. Property owners are very diverse. Condos range from low 100,000s to just shy of $300,000 at current time. Lots are just below $100,000 to $325,000. Custom homes are upper $200,000 to just below $500,000. Taxes are low and homeowner fees are reasonable. The community is divided into sections according to building regulations and costs. In some areas, owners can buy a lot and build their own home while in other areas you buy the lot and you can choose from several plans to be built by onsite builder. Almost any time of day, you will see walkers, joggers, and of course golfers during the day.
