I am so excited! There is a new pet groomer here on the Westside of Jacksonville, FL. The new groomer is Barks and Bubbles and they location is 10731 103rd St. Jacksonville, FL on the Westside.
The business is a small family run business and it looks like a keeper for sure. They took good care of my shih tzu Rudy.
