Although I am not an early riser, waking up early to have breakfast with the Aventura Marketing Council is worth it. I don't work for them On the contrary, I am a realtor in the Aventura, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour and Miami area and find this a great place to network and yes, a place to gossip. We always get the latest gossip about what is going on in the Aventura area and usually about other areas too because Commissioners from places like Sunny Isles visit too. Anyone can be a member. And even as realtors many of us that go have a chance to interchange ideas and listings. But it's not that alone that I want to tell you.
To give you an idea of the variety of events and people and activities that are presented, we have had meetings at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center, at Gulfstream Park, at the Fairmont Turnberry Resort & Hotel and so much more. We have had all sorts of speakers. There is an annual Arts and crafts street festival
There is the Turnberry Table Top Event where anyone who wants to show off their product or promote their trade are welcomed to do so. So its a great opportunity to see who and what is around the neighborhood.
Why do I mention this? Well if you want, I will keep on sending updated information about what is going on in Aventura for anyone interested to come and join us. I am the type of person that sometimes I see that something happened and I read it on the community news and I get upset I missed out of the chance to go. And I always say, "If I had known".
I love Aventura, Florida even though I don't live there. But for the lucky ones that do and the lucky ones that live next to Aventura, enjoy all it has to offer.
