Pinehurst is a gated neighborhood within the Green Valley master plan in Henderson NV. The community borders The Legacy Golf Club, and offers 164 one and two-story homes from 1,554 square feet (3 bedroom, 2 bath) to over 3,600 square feet (up to 6 bedrooms and 4 baths).

Built by the Schulman Group from 1994 to 2000, homes in Pinehurst have lot sizes from 4,459 square feet to over 10,000 square feet, and 33 feature panoramic golf course and mountain views. A sparkling pool and clubhouse are centrally located for all homeowners. 

For the 2010-2011 academic year, homes in Pinehurst are zoned for Selma Bartlett Elementary, Barbara & Hank Greenspun Junior High, and Green Valley High School. All public schools in Henderson are part of the Clark County School District.

Four Pinehurst homes sold in the first quarter of 2010, from $181,000 to $323,100. The average price per square foot was $109. One home is currently available.
