The springtime here in Ocala brings carpets of these beautiful flowers that are no bigger than a quarter but are absolutely breathtaking! I love the detail and the contrast of colors, just so beautiful. When the wind blows, which is quite a bit this time of year, they just ruffle like a field of wheat. I really believe that God speaks to us through nature to let us know how good He really is. If He cares for the flowers how much more does He care for you.
You are right--God is smiling on us. Our flowering tress in Pittsburgh, PA are outstanding this year. A bounty of white, pink, purple and more blanket our trees. Your picture is gorgeous.
Nice photo with a great message, Sara. Reminds me of Matthew 6:26 that our pastor just spoke about a couple of weeks ago.
Sara, Like the name! The best part of wildflowers is the beauty first and the maintenance second LOL
Diane, Whenever I see something so amazingly beautiful I can't fathom how some folks don't believe in God. Well I do!
Such a lovely smile God has, right Sara? How great of you to capture it and share it with us all. Thank you.
Sara I am so enjoying the photos of all the spring flowers posted here on AR, thanks for adding to the collection.
Like Jennifer, I love all the flower pictures. And pink is my favorite color. And God smiles more often than we realize =) That's the love of a Father.
Sara - Thank You - I needed that this morning - it has been a rough couple of weeks for me - God Bless!
Congratulations this post is now featured in the Silent Majority Group of Active Rain.
Sara......these things stand the tests of time....yes?. How beautiful they are. No marketing, advertising or effort on their part. They just do what they are suppose to and that is magnificent. I read today in the paper of a dying womens last request.....to sit outside and eat ice cream. It is that simple. Thank you for your comforting post
Best
Ahhh ... now that's just nice! A pretty photo and lovely message to go with it!
If He cares for the flowers how much more does He care for you. You are so right!
God is certainly smiling down on South Texas and Hill Country. The abundance of wild flowers makes me smile every morning.
Nice post :)
Sara,
Very pretty. Nice and vibrant pink color. Florida springtime is a happy time. :)
Steve
Sara - I can almost see a field of these little flowers moving with the breeze and creating a kaleidoscope of color!
