I learned this principal from my dad. It is simply do what you say. I have taken this philosophy into my real estate careear. My dad always taught me to do what you tell people you are going to do. If you do not want to do it then don't tell the people you will. I think it is a fear that people have of telling people NO! If I have a client and I tell them I am going to do a certain type of marketing I do it. I do not forget. What this will do to your client sub consionsly is build trust in them and make them feel like you are providing great customer service and you will see more referrals come in.

I think "Do what you say" is an attribute that is sadly missing in a majority of the people in the up-and-coming generation.
