There's been a lot of talk about how the American Dream of owning Real Estate has shifted and the dream is now to rent real estate instead.

So I decided to see what mind-blowing awesome properties were available to rent in Los Angeles, and believe me there is not a shortage of listings to take your breath away.

Yes, you read right ..... this 11-Bed 14-Bath house (minutes from Rodeo Drive) is available to lease at $250,000 per month. The security deposit on this listing is $500,000.

Stewart, I hope by commenting that Part 2 will make the posting.  Enjoyed it!  Pretty nice return on the Malibu property.

I have to say, these would make me re-think the team policy of not working with rentals.

Leasing high-end rental properties is tedious as the prospects and residents are often prima donnas!!  I leased high-end beach homes on Oahu * it was fun while Magnum PI was shooting!!!

While there may be "Prima Donnas" in all sectors of the market, I treat everyone with the same amount of care and professionalism - It works for me!

Another great thing about rentals is one never knows when that tenant will become a buyer.

A few years ago I turned a $15,000 a month tenant into a $2 Million purchaser.
