Announcing: "House Talk" A Real Estate RADIO Show for the Athens Market!

Hello friends!  I've got some exciting news to announce.

Just four weeks ago, our company, ERA Sunrise Realty launched a radio show about the Athens real estate market!  It has been going really well and I want to encourage you all to listen in.  It's called, "House Talk - Getting the Most Out of Your Real Estate Ownership Experience".  It has been live each Saturday morning at 10:30am on talk radio, WGAU 1340 AM.  It is hosted by Greg Martin, president, broker and co-owner of ERA Sunrise Realty.

Even more exciting is the fact that, since it has been going so well, we have decided to enhance the show by moving to a full hour program.  Not only is this a call-in program that answers listeners' questions, each week we share valuable national financial information which impacts our market and specific data about our local real estate market.  

We always have industry guests that share important insight on real estate matters.  Our programs have been on topics from the financial and tax advantages of home ownership, the current state of mortgage programs and utilizing tax credit incentives, using the services of a home inspector when purchasing a home and great information shared by local Realtors about what is important when listing your home and how to select a Realtor to represent you to find and purchase a home.  Plus our future line-up of programs will be even more helpful.
