Glen Ellen is a little hamlet nestled in the hills of the Wine Country, shaded by towering redwoods and majestic oaks. It is located in between Santa Rosa and the town of Sonoma off Hwy 12. Hwy 12 is a two lane road that travels through the heart of the Sonoma Valley wine region. Some people would consider a drive down Hwy 12 to be a nice day trip all by itself, however if you take time to explore the towns and villages off the beaten path, you'll find many wine country treasures.

Stop by Jack London's cottage which has been turned into a museum, or visit the ruins of Jack London's Wolf House, destroyed by fire just prior to completion.
