Alan Painting & Decorating has been serving Northeast Ohio residential and commercial clients since 1980. What more could you ask for?
I turned Alan and his crew loose on a challenging job for a recent client of mine:
- Eliminating a cosmetic but rather large drywall crack in a 2-story foyer, patch and paint. Result: You would never know it was there.
- Outside trim had weathered because of constant sun. Scrape, sand and paint. Result: Alan color matched it so perfectly, you would never know, it was absolutely perfect.
- Paint a 2-story, 18' ceiling. This is a task that eliminates 90% of painters due to having the correct equipment to paint a high, 2-story ceiling. Cutting in around a ceiling fan, recessed light fixtures, cutting in where the wall paint was a different color and protecting furniture.
Even for complex jobs, Alan's rates were exceptionally competitive.
And he was a pleasure to do business with -- he showed up on time for the evaluation, delivered the proposal ahead of schedule, met his promised start and end dates, and was very professional, courteous, and let my client's home in impeccable shape.
