Parkside in Palmetto Florida is a first time home buyer community. Winward Homes was the builder in this community and has several of its favorite models in this development. Those working in St Petersburg, Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Bradenton and Sarasota will find this an easy commute. A playground was the only amenity we found when we toured this community. This keeps your HOA dues lower so it will make it a bit more feasible for you to afford a home in Parkside.
