Having A Lazy Sunday Morning... Take A Walk!

We were having a lazy Sunday morning. Playing on the computer, checking out Facebook... Farmville, Family Feud and a little Active Rain.

Need to push ourselves away from this old computer. What should we do?

How about a walk... don't seem to have too much ambition or motivation for that matter.

We need a little push, maybe a coach or trainer. Someone that can set the pace... ok, ok, ok. Let's do it. Should we pack a lunch.

We found the perfect trainer, he promised not to push us too much, he said "it's better to do a little than none at all", scroll down a little to meet our trainer Mr. T. (mouse over Mr. T. for your marching orders.)

Good morning Al & Peggy, I am having trouble getting motivated this morning to get off the couch. I need to drive around and look at a few homes that are at least 45 min from my house. I should really get moving... I am thinking your trainer is not the one to help me, LOL.

Something about walking, jogging, or bike riding. I come up with great ideas. I guess its because I stop thinking about the stuff that troubles me, or that I "have to do" around the house and office. I come up with spontaneous great idea esp. with respect to marketing or advertising.

Well Chris, it turned out to be a Sunday afternoon frisbee chase in the park, and chase it was, we decided that counted as our walk LOL, but it was great!

Must be something about the open air for you Jim, but if that is the case, yes, get out there!

Andrea, sorry you are not feeling well, maybe fresh air will get the blood flowing and invigorage the old brain.

We are Marc! Where the heck were you off to at 5:30 a.m.? Don't forget the tortoise in that race with the hare! LOL!

He was just basking in the sun in the middle of the road Debra! Yep, Buyers are a workout, hope you didn't have too many stairs!

LOL John! No leash for this guy, he wasn't even moving except to turn a bit when we got too close. Looking forward to your Sunday sunset!

Hi, I'm glad you enjoyed your walk. What a beautiful day it was today. I was so exhausted today from my busy week. As you know I left town last Sunday and hit Kingston, Ottawa, Mont Tremblant and Montreal before getting back on Wed. Then Thurs. night was our reunion committee dinner (5 hours - late night ), Friday night was the reunion pub night (late night), last night the reunion dinner/dance (late night) oh and the reunion walk/run yesterday morning.

I had a hard time getting out of bed today but had to get groceries. I need a rest now lol. You reminded me of a couple turtle photos I took in Montreal at the Biodome. I will post now.
