Have to love it when you are working with such a great seller. He tried so hard with several agents to get his home, which I am sure was purchased as a flip, sold. Was priced a bit high in todays market, but I remembered the home and had buyers who were pretty close to the price range and loved that style of house. So, since I had shown it several times with other clients, when listed with agents, I drove my current clients by. The sign was gone and I called the seller. It was currently off the market. His agent had taken a part time job and well, sometimes that doesn't really work well. I listed the home, showed it to my clients and we struck a deal. It sure turned out to be a nice situation for me, the seller and the buyers.
