One of the best place to retire ... Palm Coast, Florida

According to an article written by Beth Kowitt and Melaine Linder from Fortune Magaine, Palm Coast Florida was chosen as one of the 5 great places to retire.  With the real estate market making a major correction in prices, some markets are seeing prices down more than 50%, and with continued low interest rates people, especially the baby boomers are buying their retirement homes now.  Fortune magazine decided to find the five great places and found that Palm Coast Florida is now one of the most affordable.  

This article wasn't a real surprise to me, since one of the authors of the article called me a month or so ago to talk about the Palm Coast, Florida area, and also talked to a couple of my customers who have chosen our area to buy their retirement home early.  Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Hammock Beach, Hammock Dunes, Cinnamon Beach, there are a lot of great communities here with a lot to offer, not only to people looking to retire early, but also for first time home buyers, families and anyone looking to relocate to a great town.
