I know what you mean Candice, I toyed with the idea of selling mine and buying this one, but I'm looking at putting solar panels on mine instead.

Free electricty, now thats a change of pace I can live with. Hey I read somewhere that Anaheim actually PAYS YOU for the extra power you generate and don't use. So essentially you could get PAID to run your AC at 72 all year long. Very nice house, this is a home you'd be proud to grow up in.

I don't know where it balances out when you are running the A/C Phil, but you are right - Anaheim pays homeowners who produce electricity!
