No I'm not saying to not learn from them just don't dwell on the failures from your past experiences. Just because someone called you on an error or you were reprimanded does not give you permission to hide within your shell. Just learn from your past errors or failures and move on there is another world awaiting your arrival. It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

We cannot take anything personal and we need to roll with the punches. This is not the business to be in if you cannot do that or you will drive yourself insane. Brush it off and move on. Great point James.
