Curb Appeal is Everything in the Denver Real Estate Market

Twelve common Denver-area doorsDOORS, DOORS AND MORE DOORS!

We see lots of doors in the course of showing Denver homes every week!

Are you contemplating listing your home for sale in the Denver real estate market? Regardless if you own a home in Denver, Parker, or Piney Creek, there are lots of homes currently for sale, so buyers have every right to be selective. If the buyer is not immediately engaged from the front door, he or she may ask the agent not to even go into the home. If your home does not strike the right cord from the curb, buyer may never go inside the home and it may be perfect!

There it is again, curb appeal. Your mom told you: “You never get a second chance to make a first impression“. This is so true with front doors! Staging begins on the front porch. Your front entryway should be spotlessly clean with a fresh door mat and potted flowers. The doorbell must also work. If the glass in the door is scratched, replace it. It all begins with the front porch and the welcoming message that it sends to prospective buyers.
