- There are currently 9 HUD Homes on the market available (active)
- Prices range from $16,000 to $989,000
The St. Clair Shores market has a 6 month supply of inventory (homes) on the market. This would be considered a neutral or average market. I would say buyers still have somewhat of an advantage however.
