Among the traits necessary for a Realtor we can add stamina to the mix.
For the past week my work days have been beginning with early morning appointments and ending at 9:30 at night. Usually if I have a lot of evening appointments , I try to take some time in the morning to do things around the house and head to the office in the late morning. However last week and this week all of my days had early morning appointments already scheduled. On top of this I had new clients who wanted to find a home to buy right away, but due to their schedules they could not begin to look until after 6:00 in the evening. So returnning home at 10:00 and dinner at 11:00 has become the order of the day.
Sleep deprivation has begun to set in...This morning we met at 8:00 for a second showing and they decided to make an offer on a REO. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it is accepted, both because it is a great deal for this young couple and also because I need some sleep. It will all be worth it to see them get the home that they want.
Now if I could just learn to do without sleep...do you think there is a place for a personal trainer to build up real estate stamina?
