Today’s word for consideration is (abscission).

According to Webster one of the meanings is: a cutting off, as by surgery.  Now I need to relate that to real estate.  Do you have one of those agents, clients, friends who just drive you crazy?  Get rid of them by abscission not literally but figuratively (don't want any harm to anyone).  Free yourself and move on and say "next."  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

So what you are saying is abscission by a means other than incision! I have learned something already and I have been on the AR site for 2 minutes!

Thanks for all the comments.  Gary we don't want to hurt anyone and to do that is to say goodbye to them and take them out of your life.
