I think this would make a great acronym for foreclosure specialists who have 100 listings, take the exterior picture through the car window, and copy and paste the same description for every listing. OPPS!
What type of service are they providing for their clients? How many buyers are passing by their listing because they only have one picture of the property. This leaves the impression with the buyer, there must be something they are hiding. Buyers want to view the interior before they drive all over town looking at properties. It seems to me, buyers with high standards and ethics just may be the buyers with money. It would seem to me, a few pictures just may bring more buyers and more money for the listing. Isn't that the job of a listing agent?
