Don’t be an ‘epigram’ to your client they may not appreciate it…

Managing Real Estate Broker with Fathom Realty PB00068179

To those of you who think your one you're probably not but some of you can be told and you'll listen while others just let it go in one ear and out the other...  Some clients enjoy this type of agent while others just want you to do what you do best.  Oh I almost forgot I suppose you want the meaning of epigram well ok in part it's a witty, pointed statement often with a clever twist.  While I'm not saying there is a time and place for such wit I am saying most of the time it's not while you're at a listing appointment or at the closing table.  What you think is a riot and everyone ought to be falling off their chair laughing uncontrollably is funny only to you so keep it to yourself.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.  Join the group ‘wordsmith' on AR

LOL... I haven't heard that term used in quite some time. But I do remember this one, "To be safe on the 4th, don't buy a 5th on the 3rd"...
