Finding a home for sale in Colorado Springs Colorado, by biking?

So this morning I hopped on my bike and began my ride from my house in Falcon.  I began by riding through Woodmen Hills(where I took this photo) and then heading north on Meridian rd towards London Derry and heading West will bring me to 2 locations.  The school and the Falcon Hills Neighborhood.   

Because of the lack of traffic and view of the mountains this ride is one of my favorite rides.   Once off of London Derry rd you can cruise the neighborhood and get in a lot of miles.  This area is hilly and creates a lot of different elevations in the home lots. Most homes for sale in Falcon Colorado sit on a .25 to .5 acre!

This neighborhood has a distinct difference over other neighborhoods in the Falcon area.  There is no HOA for these homes.  It is a great community for you if you have several cars or a recreational vehicle(RV's) that you need to park on your property.  So you can feel free to browse for homes for sale in Colorado Springs Colorado.

There are several new home builders currently doing projects in this part of Falcon too.  With the incentives they are offering it would be wise to check them out.  Perhaps make it a family visit, on your bikes of course!

Colorado Springs as a community has a huge devotion to biking, both road and mountain.  We have many fine bike stores and retailers that can provide riders with everything they need.
