Clark County Parade of Homes | A Virtual Tour of 2010's Show at Pioneer Canyon

What a difference a Major Recession can make!  This Year's Clark County Parade of Homes is a more eclectic mix of median price-ranged homes, with a smaller carbon-footprint, more eco-friendly emphasis.  For the 2008 Clark County Parade of Homes we showed you the eco-friendly luxury class homes in the Felida Neighborhood Moongate subdivision.  This year the Parade is back in Ridgefield, along what Clark County calls the Discovery Corridor (in other words, the developing area around I-5).

We made our own visit to the Pioneer Canyon's location of the main venue, which is the subject of this Virtual Tour.  There is also an "Open House" tour and a Remodeled Home Tour set up (more info at the BIA or Parade of Homes website or, at the main event location).

We hope you've enjoyed this brief virtual journey to the new homes on parade in Ridgefield.  If you plan on visiting be sure to note the show runs through July 25th but is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Easy driving Directions: Exit 14 at I-5, head west a modest country mile to the round-about where you'll want to then go north and follow the signs past the New Ridgefield WA homes for sale.
