They are out........Hey! The median sales price for the State of Florida's 2nd quarter shows a 1% decrease from 2006 2nd quarter. Ft. Myers-Cape Coral showed a -22% change in their median price. What I'd like to know is if there was a large sale in 2006 in that area that might have slanted the stats. Just a thought....
