Fast and easy way to increase your credit FICO scores!

Before you start any loan application of any kind, Make sure that all your credit cards balances are at 30% or less, and the limit is $5000 or more, and have the credit for Five years or more!  Also that your credit limit are posted on your credit report! Make sure your credit is being reported to all three credit-reporting agencies! Otherwise your three scores will very if it is only posted by one credit agency and not by the two other!

Make sure that all good credit is reported to all three-credit agencies!

Regarding your Heloc's or your line of credit! Make sure the credit reporting agencies are reporting it as an installment mortgage instead of revolving line of credit!  Otherwise is bad for your credit scores!

If you have a legitimate collection on your Credit report with a collection agency! You can negotiate with the collection agency the amount sometime to half, and make sure the collection agency is going to delete that particular collection from your credit report, also make sure the collection agency send you a settlement deletion letter to that effect!

Make sure the credit agencies correct that right away!

Also you can negotiate with your credit card company about increasing your credit limit so you are under the 30% rule! For instant your credit limit is $5000.  Your credit balance is $3000. You are using 40% of your credit. To brink your credit to 30% Call your credit card company and ask them to increase your credit limit to $6000. Or more if you are making payment on time they will agree to increase you credit limit! This way you using 30% of your total credit limit with out paying extra money!

Finally if you file Bankruptcy and your case are dismissed!  Make sure all items on the bankruptcy case are not on your credit report anymore! Because most of the time some of the creditor illegally will try to mess up your credit anyway by reporting a negative account on your credit report after the bankruptcy case is dismissed!

Make sure the credit agencies correct all inaccuracies on your credit report immediately by sending them a good faith letter outlining all the inaccuracies on your credit report!

If you do all this, your credit reports score, will definitely increase your FICO score atleast 100 points!

This is just FYI only!

Thanks.

Welcome to Active Rain Lorrie... have fun in the game.

We joined last November and have found that the Rainmaker outside blog combined with Localism have worked well for us…. getting us better page placement on Google searches within neighborhoods. Worth checking out.

It is also a good idea to use a lot of pictures in your post from the area you cover to get and hold people's attention...they shy away from reading blocks of text.

A side benefit of AR is learning from other folks’s social media creativity and making friends for future referrals. Here is a good place to start: Learning  to use ActiveRain

and Advice to a New Blogger.

Have great success this year,

Steve and Jan
