It really doesn't make any difference what finger their using. It can be in some States considered as obscene but in Arkansas a federal judge ruled it is a freedom of speech and therefore you can point or show (the finger) at anyone and there is nothing the cops can do. I would be interested to see what a judge would do if someone did this to them in their courthouse.
