Arizona - Are We At The Bottom - See For Yourself - I am asked pretty much every day where our market is at, and when and IF we are at the bottom of the Real Estate Market.
See for yourself and make the determination.
I am a "Buy and Hold" type, but didn't start out that way. I analyze data and if I like the investment I buy it, period! I learned this from my short time as a Day Trader in late 1998 (during the .com BOOM and BURST).
Now when I am counseling Investors, I start out with the ROI discussion. With rates at an all time low since they started being tracked 40 years ago, the ROI is very promising. Couple that with the very low prices, and the number of people that CANNOT buy; you have a pretty solid investment.
