Check out the last Chattanooga real estate market report I did back in June. The sky isn't exactly falling but we're pretty much back to where we were before the tax credit, i.e. that blip in May's Chattanooga real estate report really was pretty much caused by the tax credit expiration). That means that the one time I hoped I'd be wrong...I wasn't. Inventory is holding steady but the sales pace has slowed back down.
