Before you rent that golf cart in North Myrtle Beach, know the rules!
* Golf cart drivers must follow all SC state traffic laws and Must Be Licensed Drivers.
* Golf cart must display a SC permit sticker.
* Golf cart is allowed only on secondary roads; however, they may cross primary roads like highway 17 or Sea Mt. Highway. Golf carts are not allowed on sidewalks.
* Seating capacity must not be exceeded.
* Golf cart may only be driven in the daytime, even if, cart has lights.
We want visitors to our beaches to be safe and have a good time...never allow underage children to drive a golf cart.
