Gutter Garden
I have had a listing or two that I have had to point this out to sellers.
They did not see this?????
One of the hazards of living on a beautiful treed lot.
Instructions:
Put up gutters. Let set for 12 months. Do not disturb. Add seeds, wind and rain water. Add sun. Wait some more. Do not disturb.
If you follow these rules you will soon be able to sit on your deck and admire your new gutter garden.
