Looking for a bank owned home in Fernley?

If you are looking for a home in Fernley and have a pre-approval from a lender, you may want to know about the bank owned and HUD homes available this week.

With the expiration of the First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit sales have slowed down.  The patient home buyers will get the best deals.  There are 5 new listings this week, something for everyone in different price ranges and square footage.

Let's start with the bank owned listings:

Donner Trails, 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1158 square feet, built in 2005 with upgraded black appliances.  This is a super buy at $79,900.

Sierra Vista subdivision a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a 2 car garage and 2121 square feet on a .21 corner lot.  This spacious home was built in 2004 and is priced at $119,900.

Desert Lakes Golf Course, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, 2 story home has 2268 square feet, was built in 2005 and is on a .18 lot,  this is a beauty for $155,900.

There are two HUD homes worthy of mention:

Donner Trails, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage with 1480 square feet and built in 2005.  Currently only owner occupants can bid, after 8/25/10, it will also be open to investors.  Priced at $77,000

Autumn Winds, two story home, 4 bedrooms, 2.50  baths, 3 car garage and built in 2005, what a great buy at $175,000.  This is open to owner occupant and investors on a daily bid basis.
