I have several listings in Shadow Rock Ranch southwest of Seligman.
This development was originally surveyed into lots with a minimum of 36 acres each. It is deed-restricted to 10 acre minimums. Only a few lots have been split.
The red squares indicate parcels of land that are for sale. The red houses indicate residential properties. The green squares are parcels that I sold lately. Shadow Rock Ranch consists of seven sections of land. Access is via Our Street from Anvil Rock Road.
