Did you know that on August 2nd - Chase Bank had changed their Short Sale process again?

I want to help you stay up-to-date on the never ending changes at CHASE. Their documentation to process your short-sale changed this month and it caught me off guard . . . and I am a Short-Sale Expert in Santa Cruz County, who works with CHASE . . . a lot.

If you have used CHASE Info Packet that is posted on their own website make sure it is the new one

 April's is already obsolescent.

In the last few weeks, I could not get a straight answer from CHASE when calling to confirm that faxes had been received and processed.  Yesterday, the staff at CHASE informs me that Chase now has their own short sale documents. They are now requesting a completed CHASE Short Sale Information Packet.   So, that isn't anything new  to me   " . . . that is what I faxed you".   She says there is a NEW ONE.  I said "I know you guys changed it in April and that is the packet I used".  She says this month we have revised it again!  In order to continue the Short Sale you will need to use the AUGUST revised package.
