Thanks for the link - and I love your title.

This is a country of immigrants, and the complaints have been around for years. Experience shows us that its simply good for all of us when we attract the best and brightest of the world.

In fact, I saw an interesting piece over the weekend about Canada outpacing us in some ways right now, in part due to their enlightened mindset about immigration.
