Chalfont Boro, Bucks County Real Estate Market report, August 2010.

I looked up the multiple listing to see real estate activity in Chalfont Boro in August 2010.

Criteria used : residential sales priced upto $9,999,000

There were 7 homes that settled in August 2010.

The average original list price was $352,629

The Avergae sale price was $ 340,071

The highest sale price was $486,500

The lowest sale price was $144,000

The average days the properties were marketed was 123

The above does not include commercial, muti units,sale by owners,and homes not listed. It is deemed to be correct but is not guaranteed and is  subject to errors and omissions.
