We all know we have clients. But who are they? To identify the type of clients that your business provides will be great benefit to your business.By doing this your business should include the followings.

In order to focus on this effort your business needs to indentify your target market.Maybe we have never thought who are clients are.Take the time think about this part.If don't know your target market is then you are pretty much wasting time, money, and resource in gaining new clients.

Just remember your clients are located in your target market.By saying this they are the one who use your services.

* 81% of all homebuyers would use the same agent again

* 77% drive by and found their new home

* 61% did a walk-though online

* 59% used a yard sign to find their home

* 46% used an open house to find their home

* 40% used newpapers ad

* 84% of buyers reported the photos to be the most useful informations

* The number one action taken after veiwing a home online was to drive buy or visit the home

* 62% of the first time buyers reported that the primary reason for buying a home was the desire to be a homeowner.
