Houses Continue to Sell in Danville & San Ramon California
People are continuing to buy homes in Danville and San Ramon California. This in spite of the economy and politics.
In the past few weeks, we have helped 3 clients to finalize home purchases. One was a condo, another a mid-range home and the other a high end home.
Many people are still looking for good deals, whether foreclosures, short sales or just the perfect home priced right. Other people are relocating to Danville or San Ramon.
While the Danville and San Ramon CA housing markets are not as active as five years ago, people are still buying houses and condos in the East Bay.
Currently there are 294 homes for sale in San Ramon and 229 pending sales in San Ramon. Danville CA has 233 active listings and 112 sales pending.
Look at the difference in the Danville and San Ramon housing markets. In San Ramon homes for sale are climbing and pending sales are falling. In Danville, California, it is just the opposite, pending home sales continue to climb while the number of homes on the market for sale continues to fall.
In September of last year, active listings in Danville were continuing to slide down as were homes for sale in San Ramon, CA. Traditionally, home sales slow between the start of the school year and the holidays. The current housing markets in Danville and San Ramon are anything but normal.
