Keeping upbeat and OPTOMISTIC in this see-saw market is a work of sheer Art~! I just have enough 'dander' in me to blurt out the most positive statement in the most bleak of Real Estate times.
How come its those who when they find out you are in Real Estate, give you this sorta 'sad face' that says, "OH, I'm sorry' seems to always be directed toward our career choice~!
Whether I've closed 5 transactions that day or havn't closed one in 3 months my answer always remains the same. "I'm doing GREAT~! and in my world, real estate has been real stable and I couldn't be MORE THANKFUL for the career that God has put me in or the area that I live in~! " (and I'm sticken with that~!)
I REFUSE to let the 'market' determine my attitude. Its my CHOICE to be UPBEAT not OFFBEAT no matter how many deals have just fallen through, how few of my houses have just pended or how many sellers have just 'vented' on me because their house has not sold~!
Make the quality 'choice' today. NO one can determine the 'temperature' of your heart and mind today but YOU~!
CHOOSE to be UPbeat not OFFBeat~! and.....
