Playshop 2:15 pm to 3:30 pm
Nia class 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm

In the playshop we will play with some of Nia's 52 Moves.  If you don't know what the Bow Stance is GREAT you will learn, and if you do you will play with it and see some of the different levels you can do it at.  You can see how Nia is non-impact yet aerobic.

THEN . . . .

We will have a Nia class.  Ahhhhh!  The Joy of Nia.  Intructor-led music based cardio dance exercies workout.  Yup!  Its all there, you should be too!

This Nia event is being held at the studio in Willow Glen.
