Sue, Thanks, I had a rough time getting the wind to stop moving it around but finally caught it.
Kerrie, Nature still has the best paint brushes and paints.
I just posted this today and realized I was a day late. Or maybe a few days early. Oh well enjoy!
Randy - It looks like a little happy flower. . .Wonderful warm colors. I've had a little experience with trying to photograph flowers when the wind is blowing. It can be challenging!
Myrl, You are so right here is one I didn't post. Weird but My main focus blurred and the rest were great. Thanks for your comment.
Randy,
Such a clear vibrant yellow and red. Very nice photo of this flower. :)

Hi Randy - This one really pops with color! Excellent use of depth of field.
Love the color mix on this cheerful flower. The wildflowers in our area have been beautiful this year.
Hi Randy... I agree with Kerrie, GREAT COLORS! Very appropriate for the season too!
Steve, Thanks, I was actually working on another post and they caught my eye as I was passing by. They were so striking I had to take a picture. The wind was not cooperating.
John, Thanks for your comments, I agree fully.
Diane, It is so cool what nature has done for us.
