Passive Solar Home being built in Vermont.solar energy

A passive solar home in Vermont, how can that be. The N.Y. Times articlecaught my eye, apparently in Europe they have over 25,000 certified passive solar buildings. Image how nice it would be to have a home with no heating or electric bills. On top of that "Green" home technology focuses on a safer cleaner home with less pollutants, toxic materials, viruses and allergies for a healthier environment. It is estimated that we spend over 80% of our time indoors. Click on link for the article.
