It's a great feeling when you get a new listing that has Expired, and you get to show the Sellers what a True Professional Realtor has to offer. This is a perfect time to help our Realtor profession save face!! Sometimes, clients get burned by a less than professional agent, and they think we're ALL alike!?

Now, it makes me look SUPER Wonderful, just by doing what I love to do....being Professional!! There are so many tasks to do at the beginning of taking a listing, and it takes time, but sure feels great when the sellers appreciate all the deligent work that gets done!! (Couldn't do it without my great Assistant too!).

Gotta go and Market the home now!
