I love showing vacant land this time of year in Northern Michigan. The colors are amazing this time of year. How I missed these or didn't notice growing up I will never know. In another month is really when you should look at land as the leaves will be gone and you can see the land without her makeup of leaves. Looking at land in the summer you can never really see what the land has to offer as the foliage hides the lands character but I do love the fall colors. Another great reason for walking land this time of year is the whitetail deer are starting to polish their racks. Nothing stops the heart like seeing a huge buck trotting across an opening. Of course their is also the possible sale involved which makes this my favorite time to show land.
If you get a chance to visit the country side and check out the colors do it. It not only makes for a great afternoon but makes for some awesome photo opportunities as well. Best of luck in all you do and thanks for reading.
