The City of Pembroke Pines is hosting a FREE Costume Contest, Pumpkin Patch with prizes, Holiday Shows, Spooky Strolling Characters, RIDES, Trick or Treat Stations, and many more surprises.

Haunted Howl O' Win is your chance to win special prizes. Special Jack O' Lantern bags filled with prizes are $3.00 each or 2 for $5.00. All proceeds will benefit the City's Special Population Program wheelchair fundraiser.
