You can clearly see the strength of the Moncton real estate market in by my visual representation of the total number of reported for all three major New Brunswick real estate markets.
While October's reported MLS® unit sales have not surpassed 2007 record for October, unit sales have remained fairly consistent over the last three years. This consistency inspires Buyer confidence in our local real estate market.
