The Columbus Board of REALTORS MLS serves all of Franklin, Delaware, Fayette, Madison, Morrow, Pickaway and Union Counties and parts of Champagne, Clark, Hocking, Licking, Fairfield, Knox, Logan, Marion, and Ross Counties. I don't. Personally I stick to Franklin and Delaware Counties... really only Southern Delaware County and Northern Franklin County.
The graph from Trendgraphix shows inventory (homes for sale) for the past 15 months for the Columbus Board of REALTORS® MLS. Inventory (homes for sale) for the area is up 1% from September 2010 but up 71.9% from a year ago (October 2009.) These are just single family homes, it does not include condominiums. There is 11.6 months of inventory based on recent sales. That's a lot of homes for sale.
