What I would do with an extra $220 in savings this year?
This is the question that challenges members of ActiveRain to be creative in their thinking to designate a single worthy cause as part of this Kodak sponsored contest.
The selection is easy for me because one of my favorite ActiveRain members, Audrey June-Forshey, recently sponsored a most successful charity event at her home. A number of the agents in our office, at RE/MAX Realty Group assisted her in having a fundraiser for Mothers Fighting For Others.
Audrey's annual event raised over $27,000 this year and her efforts prove that all of us have the ability to influence the quality of lives for those that may be less fortunate than ourselves.
Check out this website and I think you will agree with my decision to say that if I saved $220 this year, I would donate it to Mothers Fighting for Others. I hope that some of you will also support this cause.
