The newer South Port community in West Sacramento is performing well for investors of rental property. Homes with 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms are finding qualified tenants willing to pay competitive rents. The inventory is relatively low so the homes are attracting large responses even in this slower rental winter time. Investors I am working with are finding good eals on REO and even some short sale deals that are requiring very little turn over work to get them rent ready. When priced properly they are renting in 2-3 weeks on average.
