Our little office on the east side is home to over fifty agents. Most of which work from their car and cell phone actively working with clients. We do accept new agents and train individually with each, but most of our agents have many years of experience. Our split is between $600 for new agents down to $350 for experienced agents. It only takes 13 closings to go down to the $350 level. You stay at that level continuously. You can work part time or full time with no difference in expectations from us. We help everyone equally, as much as we can.
An agent can close a million dollar home, earn $60,000 in commisions and give $350 to the broker. Nothing more. When that happens, she often chuckles, "do you want to trade checks?"
An agent can close a lot worth $1000, earn $300 in commissions and give a reduced rate of 25% to the broker. Nothing more. This ensures that agents can earn something for doing work for the more needy in our community. We don't want to force agents to exclude the smaller deals or favors for people.
It's as altruistic while earning a living as it comes. With a fully staffed office on the east side having nine desks and all the necessary amenities for agents and their clients, Success offers the same facilities as any competition demanding much more in commission. We also have a satellite office of two desks, copier, and conference room on the west side. We have a San Antonio office and licenses in El Paso and New Mexico. With the best training in town, what more can you ask for.
